The starting point of the trail is in the parking lot in Javorje in front of the Gostilna Blegoš Restaurant. First, descend to the village of Dolenčice, where the trail leads you past the famous Ažbe’s Farmstead (Ažbetova domačija). Continue your way through the village and soon start climbing the slope of Gora – Malenski vrh. In the village of Gora you will find the mighty Church of the Assumption of Mary, where there is also an ancient pilgrimage route. From Gora, descend past the Frtunc Farmstead to the settlement of Spodnja Žetina, where a small ascent to the settlement of Gorenja Žetina begins, where refreshments are available. Continue towards the Rancka Waterfall, where ice climbing is also possible in winter. This is followed by a slight descent past the Korošec Farmstead  and Brinje to the farmstead on Malen. At the farmstead on Malen, turn right, then descend to the village of Murave and continue along the asphalt road to the starting point. 

If you are one of those people with more fitness and with a desire to conquer the highest peak in this area, we recommend the trail past Murave, Brinje, the Rancka Waterfall to Andrejon, then along the marked footpath to Črni Kal and to the top of Blegoš. 

Every year, on the festive 25 June, a guided march is organized, starting in front of the Gostilna Blegoš Restaurant at 9 a.m.
