Stari vrh is a 1,127-meter-high hill in the Škofja Loka Hills. It is mainly covered by meadows and forests, which offer beautiful surroundings for both recreation and relaxation. There is no view from the top, but one can admire the beauty of the Poljanska Valley, the Karawanks, and the Kamnik-Savinja Alps from in front of the Stari vrh Inn.

Mladi vrh, Blegoš and Koprivnik are just a few of them, which are popular among hikers and are not too demanding, but are still worth a visit because you will enjoy the fresh air and rest your mind while walking. Another reason to visit is the landscape, which is green and idyllic in the spring and summer and has autumn shades in the second half of the year.

For even greater fun, visit the Stari vrh Ski Resort, where all skiers, both experts and beginners, are well taken care of. The ski resort spans 55 hectares and features 12 kilometres of perfectly groomed ski tracks. The ski resort’s unique features include night skiing and a heated ski lift with six seats.
