Stari vrh

Point Description

Stari vrh is a 1,217 m high hill, located above the eponymous and highly popular ski resort. There is no view from the very top, as it is blocked by forests, but just below the top, on the plain above the village of Zapreval, there is an inn. From here, you have a beautiful view of the Karawanks and the Kamnik-Savinja Alps.

If conquering this peak is not enough for you, various footpaths invite you to the surrounding peaks, villages and tourist farms. In winter, you are, of course, also welcome to ski, as Stari vrh offers slopes for children, beginners and experienced skiers.
